• Chat & Conversation Data: Messages and interactions with your AI Twin, stored securely to provide personal memory continuity.
• Voice Data: Audio recordings processed temporarily for voice chat and speech-to-text functionality.
• App Activity & Growth Insights: Mood check-in logs, streak achievements, and daily challenge interactions.
• Technical & Device Identifiers: Device type, operating system version, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens for push notifications.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly for:

• Providing personalized AI Twin conversations and long-term memory continuity.
• Generating weekly emotion trends and daily reflection insights.
• Delivering proactive check-ins and push notifications.
• Ensuring platform security, authentication, and fraud prevention.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties or advertisers.

4. Data Storage & Security

• Data Encryption in Transit: All communications between your device and our servers are encrypted using industry-standard TLS / HTTPS protocol.
• Data Security at Rest: Database records are encrypted at rest using AES-256 standard encryption.
• Authentication: Secure authentication handled via Supabase Auth services.

5. Your Data Control & Choices

You maintain full control over your personal data:

• Clear Chat History: Delete your chat history and memory vectors anytime directly in app settings.
• Delete Account: Permanently erase your account and all associated data within 30 days.

TwinGenie is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 13.
